Idea

Send us your idea, regardless if it’s a new house, remodel or an addition. If you have started building already, contact us to help guide you through the process for an “As Built.”

Design

Develop a floor plan or make changes to an existing one whilst complying with Hawaii’s current building codes and energy codes. Complete plans and submit for building permit.

Build

When the DPW has issued a building permit for your project, it is time to engage and start the building process. Upon completion of the inspections you have your new home.

Here we see a simplified summary of an idea of a final floor plan. Developed into a cross-section & finally a decoritive rear elevation of the new house.

Drafting Plans Hawaii have been situated here on the Kona side of the Big Island for the past fifteen years. In that time we have witnessed many changes in the industry as the process has become ever more complicated and more frustrating for the homeowner to build or make changes to an existing property.
